Blue collar employees treated much differently than white collar. Different rules for different people Leads are allowed to play on Internet while everybody else works

good vacation package at times.

The possibilities for being promoted from within are slim to none The CEO and his friends who came from other companies run the show inside talent is underestimated HR staff needs to be revisited managers are ruthless. HR does not protect employee confidentiality when they report management misconduct.

Pros

Great long-term employees, although they are dropping like flies. Still have a few good products left in OTC and lens care but competition is winning in the doctors' offices.

Cons

Bringing in mangers from the Presidents' prior company and has rapidly become an old boys club. Can't figure out how to market. Good employees are leaving because the culture is so bad. Upper mangement has no respect for the rank and file.
