The great and the not that good

Pros

Excellent Leadership with experienced backgrounds. Easy access to Leadership too. The level of committment of exceptionally competent employees to get the job done is fantastic.

Cons

No career advancement from within. Still some dead wood that has not been held accountable for their lack of improvment or slow work ethic.

Pretty good benefits, and time off. Some potential here for increasing your skill set, but not a good long term bet. On the other hand, if you are in a place in your career where you are comfortable, go for it!

Cons

The cons outweigh the pros: not a place to grow. Really poor talent management.

Company had some good long-term employees. Many have left now with new management. The company has a lot of positive brand equity with consumers, which continues bringing in the sales.

Cons

Very financially oriented, no long-term focus on decisions. Management and owners focused on improving their personal wealth, not the good of the company or long-term job prospects of employees. HR/talent management practices atrocious: good work on behalf of the company is not rewarded.
