Cons

If you have a disability or need flexibility this is is not the company for you. No work life balance. Overtime is a constant and expected. There are not experienced managers and it will negatively affect your work and mental health. There is no support.

The people are helpful and nice. The management is good overall. The products are sound and well made. The work force is involved in daily tasks. The compensation is good.

Cons

Good steady job, but not much opportunity for advancement here. A little too much micro-managing for my taste. Not enough actual process training - pretty much have to learn it yourself. Little investment in personnel development / growth.
