      B&L has an intimidating environment

      Pros

      B&L has a clear vision of company direction and is very good at communicating status. It has a fast-paced environment where days go by quickly. The beauty and cleanliness of the facility made going to work very nice. The corporate identity through branding is effectively used.

      Cons

      The employee culture at B&L seems to be caustic, and it appears to be tolerated.

      If you are an underperforming sales person it's a good place to be. Top performers leave within a year. Laughing stock of the industry

      Cons

      Horrible management that has a broken compass. Don't be fooled by the name. This company has had better days and is not investing in it's infrastructure and tech
