Pros

4 weeks PTO (also used as sick days which isn't great). 4 day work weeks for shift workers. They pay isn't bad

Cons

There is a culture of not communicating anything. There is no leadership. They regularly report data with error codes. It could be a great place to work if intelligence, diligence, and a belief in setting others up for success were the standard. Unfortunately, the turnover will continue.

Pays well and has Good Benefits Additionally PTO is more generous that some places and coworkers are nice.

Cons

Everything is so slow. Takes years to make changes at times. Don't feel worthwhile.
