You are just a number at Baxter. Expected to run like a robot. No work/life balance AT ALL. Very inconsistent with policies. What is allowed for one person is not allowed for another. Very toxic place to work and sucks the life right out of you.

it is hard to receive a high salary boost once the beginning one has been dealt
