      Pros

      None that I can think of except the health benefits are better than other companies I have worked for in the last.

      Cons

      Direction changes frequently. Something is going on here - either a sale or a acquisition. People are rude and it's not a healthy environment and very toxic. No work life balance. Lots of silos among the different functions and no direction.

      Dysfunctional leadership at various levels of the organization. Manage performance through intimidation and threats. No work/life balance at the plants.
