      Pros

      When they know a downsizing is coming they will eliminate open roles to mitigate the number of employees that will be impacted. Overall the culture is positive. Good pay and benefits. In house fitness center and cafe.

      Cons

      No clear decision makers. Slow to act. Commercial leadership does not want to be challenged. Not a good place to work if your style is direct. Stlye is more important than results.

      Pros

      Good benefits, stable company. They are worldwide so the opportunity for internal transfer is pretty good. They value education over experience, so are a good place for the newly graduated with advanced degrees.

      Cons

      Lack of true innovation, steeped in procedure. This makes them very bureaucratic and inflexible. The company misses some real opportunities because of this inertia.
