Pros

Great salary and liberal car policy (imagine a company that says "here's your budget, pick what you like" Great Canadian team where you feel like you belong, small but tight team now all focused on the same goals Global knowledge is offered which is huge in today's business world.

Cons

If they were to update their internal sales systems it would be a huge plus .... UK sales methods are not the same as Canada's so we quite often are explaining our methods.
