Pros

This is a great place for professional development. However, the business model here is to reward employees with more work and less pay as they "move up the ladder."

Cons

Since this is a place for professional development, most newcomers only stay for a few years and leave with high turnover rate in all groups. You are expected to work long hours and have little recognition from management for doing so. With more work, comes less pay.

Pros

Good benefits, good work life balance. Good products that really help patients. Company has locations all over the world, making it easy to relocate if need arises.

Cons

Rampant politics, favoritism, poorly trained leadership and employees. Poor understanding of regulatory requirements, especially process, software, design, and analytical method validation. More emphasis put on making and saving money than on doing things right per the regulatory requirements.
