      It was a great place to start a career

      Pros

      Corporate values were fairly consistent with actions of senior management. Benefits were good. Tuition reimbursement helped a lot in career advancement.

      Cons

      Large corporate structure made headcount reduction a regular biannual occurrence. The family values were promoted however work culture made you feel guilty about taking the time off unless it was an emergency. Had to check in daily while on vacation.

      Has a good facilities and environment to walk

      Cons

      Employee have ill faith towards management, likely seeing high turnover. This will hurt down the line.

      Company is in organizational transition, many areas lack strong leadership, culture has strong political undercurrents that are not obvious on the surface.
