seriously, I can't think of one Pro

Cons

This place does not understand the purpose of an employee. They expect your work to become your life, and that happens... Little by little, you become less involved with your family, friends and your own happiness. The pay is below market. The hours are long. Your coworkers don't have time to help you unless they want to fall behind. 30+ hours of meetings a week is the norm. Where do you find the other hours to actually work? My happiest day was my last. There is hope

This was a nice place in which to work. There are opportunities to move up fast, and pay is very competitive.

Cons

Sometimes a little bureaucratic and hard to get things done. some people in leadership resist change.
