      Pros

      Good Benefits for the area, mostly reasonable low-level management, higher hiring standards which result in better coworkers on average.

      Cons

      Upper management is unresponsive, and HR/Pay issues can go on unresolved for months, especially upon promotion. The cancer rate of employees is a big issue that the company refuses to admit responsibility for.

      Lots of development opportunities for lateral movements within the site. Great place to develop early in you career.

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring and reorganization. Pay is on the low side for the area.

We understand your point regarding restructuring and reorganization, and we have undoubtedly navigated change this year with the Hillrom and Baxter combination. We had to adapt to changed operating models, new structures and new processes. Regarding pay, our Compensation and Benefits teams work closely with external agencies to analyze the market to provide fair and equitable compensation but will feed this back.
