      Pros

      Decent benefits, comparable time off for industry standard. Really good parental leave policies (12 weeks bonding for both parents plus some for birthing parents).

      Cons

      Lack of direction for the company, pay is not competitive. Really toxic culture. General intolerance for diversity and not an inclusive place to work.

Our salaries do get reviewed in alignment with our comp and bens teams and external agencies annually to ensure we are competitive with the market, but we will continue to monitor this.
