-Company Vehicles/Tools/Phone -Safety is important in the company -Monthly bonus if team meets goals -Overtime is practically everyday -Great co-workers and support -Plenty of clients to use as references

Cons

-Zero Accountability, you will clean up after other people alot. -Overtime will get old fast -Advancement and additional training only happens when a higher up leaves and there is a space to fill. -Only 3% living expect raises yearly max, this will be sugar coated by moral retreats, holiday celebrations, and food. This is only ever higher if you get promoted. -On call shifts, only $50 to lose a whole week for freedom and sleep isn't worth it. -Management only cares about meeting goals to advance their career

Cons

Pay & benefits are awful. They need to work on having higher pay. Especially for the work you have to do. You can easily work for a tech or cybersecurity company and make x2- x3 the pay.
