Pros

Plenty of work . Most of the techs creat most of the work.

Cons

Poor equipment choice added with revolving door of equipment and employee retention creates added stress. Managers work from home too often.

great location off the freeway/near BART & Colleagues are great.

Cons

• uncomfortable positions, and hostile environments. • Management & Seniority favoritism. • 0 room for growth. •Lack of training. •Absolutely no polices or procedures in place to successfully do your job. •Over worked & Under paid • Nothing is consistent across the board: **example** - some people can work from home when sick , but others can't in the EXACT SAME DEPARTMENT - FAVORITISM &; LACK OF CONSISTENCY ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. a dreadful place to go work.

I am sorry your did not have a good experience here. Our AR Team is a great group of dedicated professionals, whom we value. We have worked hard over the past couple of years to improve the processes and technology for the team. The supervisor of the team was promoted from within. Training has been a priority for the team, especially over the past 6 months. The experience that you describe is not what we want for any employee at Bay. I appreciate you taking time to share your feedback.

Perpetually understaffed, so the higher ups can make more while the workers are overworked.
