Pros

great location off the freeway/near BART & Colleagues are great.

Cons

• uncomfortable positions, and hostile environments. • Management & Seniority favoritism. • 0 room for growth. •Lack of training. •Absolutely no polices or procedures in place to successfully do your job. •Over worked & Under paid • Nothing is consistent across the board: **example** - some people can work from home when sick , but others can't in the EXACT SAME DEPARTMENT - FAVORITISM &; LACK OF CONSISTENCY ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. a dreadful place to go work.

I am sorry your did not have a good experience here. Our AR Team is a great group of dedicated professionals, whom we value. We have worked hard over the past couple of years to improve the processes and technology for the team. The supervisor of the team was promoted from within. Training has been a priority for the team, especially over the past 6 months. The experience that you describe is not what we want for any employee at Bay. I appreciate you taking time to share your feedback.

Too much favoritism

Pros

Good as a base to get the knowledge and they provide a vast array of training.

Cons

Very demanding and management doesn't care how hard you work and the effort you put in, it is never good enough. There is a lot of favoritism within the company. After you finally leave it doesn't end there they continue by putting you down and trash talking you. They state there family owned and you would think they understand when you have family to take of but it's completely the opposite. They will do anything to get there way.

Great for customers, a (12+ year) nightmare for employees like myself

Pros

A few decent people work for the company (mostly outside of the Sales department, which is populated by money-grubbing sociopaths).

Cons

Mediocre pay, constant work speedup for the plebes, never ending metrics for operations while sales gets all the thanks/perks, right wing company politics, constant indoctrination into the company values. AND...hypocrite managers who dump e-waste into dumpsters and then prattle on about the company's adherence to "sustainability" when the State of California sues.
