Pros

family owned business, executive team is very approachable and personable, everyone is funny, we all work hard and play hard, culture is fantastic. The owners really do care for their employees.

Cons

company is not up to date with technology, administrators do not have access to OneNote, GoToMeeting, Skype for Business. Dress code policy is not adhered to, can be a bit unprofessional in appearance. Male dominated company.

There was really good training and the management team was very helpful. Good opportunity for a lot of overtime everyday and on weekends.

Cons

The main con was that the starting pay was low and the room for raises were also very low.

Pros

Great group of like minded business people with a common goal to make money and solve problems. Most, if not all, management has worked their way up from entry level positions. Extremely profitable and debt free allows the company to invest highly in employees. A culture of people who get along and 'want' to work together....and lots of food.

Cons

Operations team could be upgraded in some respects. Good but not the best our industry.
