Bay Alarm Company has provided my family and I with an excellent Company culture, fun, stable, and competitive work environment. Sky is the limit with earning potential when you put in the hard work. Bay Alarm is progressive in the products it delivers, as the economy and customers needs change, which has allowed for continual growth. Great place to call "work".

No cons. I wouldnt be here if the good didnt outweigh the bad.

Pros

Bay Alarm Company has been family owned and operated for almost 70 years. They genuinely care about their employees and treat you like family. I have been with Bay Alarm for 7 years and plan on staying here many more years. I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with and am very comfortable in this work environment. I have the autonomy to manage my own team with a strong infrastructure to support my efforts. Bay Alarm predominately promotes from within and there are always advancement opportunities throughout the company. I highly recommend Bay Alarm as a great place to work if you are looking for a long term career

very competitive, open communications throughout the company, managers & ownership are very hands on, devoted employees, always trying to do the right thing, easy to move forward

Cons

not for everybody (at least not sales), first year in sales is tough since the business is depends on the ability to self generate so it is not a fit for some people
