- Detailed and structured training program - Ergonomic environment - Room for advancement

Cons

- Extremely strict environment (under a microscope) - Management chastises employees over mistakes, even ones that are made for the first time - Management values customers over employees (it's all about the money)

Pros

The health insurance is platinum grade and Bay pays 80 percent. They offer 401 (k) and other good options. If you are a tech, you get to take home a company truck. Family owned company. Easy to approve the people who own the company.

Cons

Pay is pretty bad. It creates a confusing internal dilemma because they offer you so many other good benefits, although many employees can't even afford them.

Set your own schedule. Good Brand. Sell what businesses need especially on the Fire Alarm side of the business. Manager at Petaluma location is a great person!

Cons

Your goals constantly increase. Sometimes its difficult to drum up business. Commission structure is not that great
