The Fire Administrator position schedule is Monday through Friday. There is plenty of work and the job is quite demanding.

Cons

The job of Fire Administrator is pretty demanding and worth much more than the measly 16/hour pay. They don't allow facial hair on the off chance that the owner will come into the building. What a joke. They had 5 of us working in an office that was extremely cold, and no one else complained. I was let go because I complained about the temperature. We were wearing 3 layers of clothing and my hands were freezing. It's not right to have people working under those conditions. If they would let someone go "during the holidays" because they complained about the temperature, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Pros

This is a great opportunity to start your sales career. The company events are awesome and the staff is great. I am also surprised that the current CEO's of the business had to work from the bottom as installers to gain their current position. Great company overall

Cons

I was really surprised how hard it was to close "big" deals. It takes a lot of negotiating with CEO's and branch managers.
