Pros

Remote work is a big plus. Job is easy. The department is full of helpful people.

Cons

Low pay and benefits New department, lots of changes, and other departments have no clue what you do or are capable of doing. Field techs make you feel bad for making them wait under the sun. Sorry not sorry but it's the job you signed up for.

Pros

Not sure if 10hr shift and 4 days a week is a Pro but Glassdoor wouldn't let me use their site unless I posted about this company

Cons

If you work as an Dispatcher on day shift. There is mandatory overtime you need to "volunteer" for (meaning you pick the day) every month on the opposite night shift. Goes for night shift workers too. You will have to work at least one day shift each month.

Pros

not that many pros other than easy interview

Cons

Far from everywhere, no walking distance restaurants since its in a industrial area, low pay for the amount of work required to do in this job, lack of opportunities for growth, majority of people will get their first promotion after 4 years
