Offer supervision toward licensure, great experience with adolescents, great experience working with multiple state departments, upper management in the company listen to concerns and act on them!

Cons

More of a case manager in residential, overtime often required with no additional compensation, salary is average but should be more, can be a tough field with kids who are unstable and sometimes violent
