      Over all a great job. Mentally taxing!

      Cons

      Depends on the staff at each hospital. Some are very negative and it’s close working quarters so that adds to the already mentally taxing part of the job.

      Coworkers and the environment at Baycare is very friendly and those that have been there longer are always willing to help you out if you ever have any issues or if you're new.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great and the hours are long.
