      The pros would be that you will never be bored as there is always something to do and the benefits/schedule is amazing

      Cons

      The cons are that based on your team your work experience will change. You will always be expected to do more if you show you are capable and the 8-8 timeframe is liquid. You are always expected to be on time, but expected to stay late if there are patients in house.

      Pros

      Large company , opportunity to transfer and not lose seniority, good benefits except health insurance is pricey

      Cons

      Large company, moves very slowly with changes benefiting employees , opaque pay practices, likes to tout how great they are rated as place to work but ultimately more concerned about bottom line. Mid level ( managers/directors) management is lacking in skills
