      Pros

      The culture at BayCare is one of dignity, respect and quality. Management lives by the values and mission and everyone is respectful and friendly. Never worked in a better environment.

      Cons

      Turnover in some areas creates too much uncertainty for staff.

      Some staff are nice and enjoy what they do.

      Cons

      Price gouging in any possible form including from nurses pay, patient over billing, and benefits. They make the staff believe it is normal to keep cutting hours, insurance benefits, and pay of workers while management makes more money and bonuses. Not-for-profit means they pay less taxes while saying they are just like any other corporation.
