Clinical Care is an ever-changing, understaffed and underappreciated field to work. Patients are anything but patient and are underequip to navigate insurance and specialized care. Leaving you, the provider, the brunt of their confused and frustrated complaints admits their struggle with personal health crisis and loss of QOL. I would feel neutral about most healthcare systems in my area and how we -- the front line-workers -- are valued for ALL the roles we play in "caring" in health care.
