Relatively better pay, but the lack of pay for support staff means you will be consistently understaffed and forced to do MA/PCT/RN work for yourself.

Highly bloated at the executive level Administration is adversarial to physicians - will happily put physician in dangerous situations for patients and providers No Physician Support IT support significantly lacking Meetings that distract from patient care Overloaded schedules without technological or paid scribe support Will pay into the millions for locus support when physicians leave but won't spend any money to retain physicians
