Pros

Straightforward job with good benefits. You can accrue 25 days of pto your first year. Management is helpful, responsive, and pleasant. Benefits are pretty cheap and you can cash in unused pto.

Cons

The pay is terrible. Base pay is $13.50 with a $1.50 shift differential for the night shift. They only give 2.5%-3% raises a year no matter how well you perform or how much the cost of living rises.
