I had higher hopes for BayCare
Pros
The residents and clients served, the variety of departments to transfer to, your coworkers, relaxed evening shifts with your peers, PTO, opportunities to learn new skills through skill based classes/certification renewals, easy interface with Microsoft, clean and some recently renovated facilities.
Cons
Management is #1. The supervisor and some of their colleagues are snakes, or act like snakes. Some of the regular benefits (health insurances, daycare) are ok. But tuition based assistance is a joke unless you want to be tied to a corrupt corporate "non-profit" for the rest of your life. And their EAP is never updated with active providers taking BayCare EAP. Turnaround of employees leaving due to work/life balance, terrible management, gossiping, bullying, favoritism, the list goes on.
