      Pros

      Challenging, Friendly, Long Term, Reliable, and well paid Plenty of work to do. Many different places to work.

      Cons

      Old school processes still in place. Many are changing but plenty still there. Hard to convince some people who work here that improving the way they do their job can be a good thing.

      Pros

      Understanding with my working one Saturday in one week followed by working the following Sunday. As my weekend service.in services done every month. Had birthday parties every month for those whose birthday fell in that month. It was a nice way to say you know we respect you and we remember little things

      Cons

      Not hiring at the present time. I was terminated following a hospitalization. Cons mostly were loading up Perdiem nurse on the weekend with as much as 12 equivalents. This was un acceptable for every Perdiem.
