Pros
This company will teach u alot of things in the medical field. They will not personally train you for it but you will pick up on alot . The staff is pleasant and caring for each other , but is frequently changing. They have many patients so you will always stay busy.
Cons
They over work you with little pay. They do not give recognition to the employees that are doing a great job. There is no training. They hire people fresh out of school at minimum wage and offer no pay increase. There are suppose to be yearly review s which do not ever happen . They hire you for a certain position and overload you with many other jobs but refuse to give pay increase. There is a 0 overtime policy. That means even if you stay 15 minutes over with a patient it's removed from your pay check because it is considered "unauthorized overtime" because you did not ask management. The time cards are tampered with so that if you do work full time it is exactly 40.00 a week . Also keep an eye on the vacation time as it also fluctuations even when there are no requests for it. There is no opportunity for advancement . The only way to get ahead is not by being good at your job or doing your work , but by being a friend/ relative of management. I have had enough experience in this company to see everything that has gone on and have seen so many good employees leave to other facilities.
