      Stay away from IT shop

      I got to learn alot

      Trust Dignity and Respect are just words but they are not part of the DNA of the IT leadership organization. The leadership in the IT shop is very poor. Anyone with a brain or a heart has left or has been canned. When is Senior Leadership going to wake up and understand that ithe excuse of the end of a large project but a reflection of the top leadership and their lack of integrity and respect? That meetings with employees and TR that no one feels safe giving their feedback as they know it is not heard nor respected?

      Pros

      Clean, spacious and well lit. The people are good, friendly folks who enjoy working with each other. They also know their stuff.

      Cons

      Small when compared to other hospitals, not much room elevation, you'll have to move else where.

      Pros

      Nice buildings and nice new parking garage.

      Cons

      IT Department is very cliquesh. Most managers won't give you the time of day and micro manage their employees. Directors and CIO are a total waste of salary. Many people in IT leave for the wealth of better opportunities, and tired of the back stabbing.
