      Pros

      Designated Magnet status makes Morton Plant Hospital a wonderful place to grow and learn as a nurse. You are encouraged to learn and expand your knowledge with much support from management and community resources.

      Cons

      One of the downsides of working at Morton Plant is that because it is so large, nurses are often are not aware of who their senior management team is and are afraid to contact them with concerns.

      Pros

      Baycare is a company that is most of the time trying to do the right thing for the patient. It is not a compay that is driven by a shareholder's interest, unlike many other Healthcare Corporations of America.

      Cons

      The health insurance is not the best available. One of the downsides is that Baycare is a catholic based organization and their healthcare policies are still driven by that foundation
