Great Place to work

Pros

great work-life balance that depends on you. Being an agriculture company that depends on planting-harvest seasons, there might be moments that will require some extra hours a week but you can recover that during the slow months and also be good about not working extra time. Great health benefits and vacation

Cons

There are not giving you the option to work remote. It will "depend" on your manager and team. I think this will slow down career opportunities for current employees that might want to move to a new role and won't because their new manager will require/or not more time at the office.

Pros

Chesterfield campus offers great networking opportunities. The people I encounter are generally kind and have a collaborative nature. The work life balance is very good.

Cons

It is challenging to get traction on changes and improvements at times but I except that can be the same with any place of work.
