Pros

The clear leader in Biotech traits, some interesting new ai's in the pipeline and Outstanding seed manufacturing. A collegial and relaxed culture. A chance to help feed the world. Still the best Biotech research

Cons

Bayer Crop Science is really the old Monsanto in the US but without the confidence and leadership science that led to the Biotech revolution and other advances. There is a massive overhead of desk jockeys going through the motions but no real vision for the future of agriculture .
