Pros

Good pay and benefits. The other people in the trenches tend to be good and friendly people

Cons

Morally compromised HR and management. Fear based leadership. Backstabbing and lies rampant. Bully bosses are given free reign.

Pros

Oncology has a robust pipeline

Cons

Senior leadership has no idea what they are doing. They make monumental decisions quickly without thinking it through. Not people focused. You are just a number - senior management says, "if you don't want to work here, then leave!" Many reps and managers are leaving - if you want to work at a company where you are respected and valued for your contributions - don't work for Bayer Oncology!

Pros

Pays well, start out with 3 weeks vacation.

Cons

Hard company to integrate into. They do strange things every now and then, e.g. We lost a weeks salary because they changed over their payroll system. No American holidays. Doesn't recognize 9/11. American executives seem to always be stressed out about whether they are losing their jobs.
