Pros

Great health and retirement benefits. Year Bonus depend on the overall performance of the company, so they bonus can go up or down. The last couple of years because of poor performance in the agriculture business, bonus were poor but saved thanks to the good performance of the pharmaceutical business. Company adapted very well to the WFH environment and was of the first in the area to put their employees first

Cons

Still lots of changes happening after the change from Monsanto to Bayer. Reorganizations and roles reductions still happening
