Pros

Well respected by customers. Strong history to the company. Has some very interesting drugs in the pipeline, providing the marketing background is done before launch and not after.

Cons

Constant change in structure meant that there was a regular look over the shoulder to check what is coming. Difficult to plan for the future when the route to the destination kept changing. Amateurish in the approach to what could/should have been big pharmaceutical brands. Thinks is a big pharma company but acts like a small one.

Pros

Good products and good pay plan. Nexavar is a great product although there is still alot of missed growth opportunity.

Cons

Poor senior management, Berlex people don't understand the specialty pharmaceutical space very well. Bayer senior team was much more capable.
