      Very disorganized and lacks empathy for a healthcare org

      Remote work mostly, some kind people but most leave in under a yeat

      Cons

      Very poor pto, two weeks including sick time. Insurance is high deductible and expensive. The culture is horrible! The CAO is argumentive but worse has no idea what she is speaking of

      There is nothing good to say about this company

      There is no direction and no transparency. Some employees are doing all the work, and most are hanging out. The business seems to be run by the CAO, not the CEO, who is completely incompetent.
