Pros

This is a great place to start your career and gain experience. The hours are flexible, the environment is pretty laidback, and the co-workers are friendly. The work is pretty easy if you are willing to put in the effort and pay attention to detail. The benefits are mediocre but better than nothing.

Cons

Expect to make the bare minimum for a technologist in this field. Other companies in the surrounding area pay a lot more. There is also very little room for growth and new hires will be getting paid more than you. I would not recommend to stay at this company for more than a year.
