Worst genetics testing company ever

Pros

Great mission in whole genome testing for rare disease diagnostics; hardworking employees

Cons

The CEO is the bottleneck of the management team and runs an one-man show; many new senior leader hires didn't last 90 days under the CEO; long-term senior leaders from BCM are either complicit in a toxic culture, or helpless; lab is poorly managed and is the most toxic department under a bullying and manipulative leader.

Pros

If you can find one or two people to trauma bond with, great. When you leave they won’t contact you again though.

Cons

Bad management, terrible CEO who is constantly changing his mind and is awful towards employees. Pay is basically minimum wage for A LOT of work. Say goodbye to days off because you’ll feel like you can’t be away without coming back to a total mess.
