Pros

Remote working setup and that’s all

Cons

Ask yourself before thinking about applying for this company: why there is so much turnover? Why a 40a-year company doesn’t have employees that are around for more than 3 years? It is because of the aggressive environment. Starting from the CEO, who disrespects senior management in meetings in front of people.

Pros

Good first job following graduation to get some experience. Not viable for growth internally. Most people, besides managers and above, are nice and you can form true friendships. All protocols are very simplistic and straightforward. Many daily problems occur allowing you to learn how to fix them on the fly.

Cons

No manager here is held in high regard due to their lack of professionalism. Complete lack of ability to grow professionally. Very cliquey and lots of talking behind the backs of others, Violations are all hidden and swept under the rug instead of being addressed and fixed. Disproportionate salary to workload. Unachievable expectations from management. Management requires you to do tasks which they do not know how to do. Blame is often deferred and bounced around from person-to-person, lack of accountability.
