Pros

My coworkers are wonderful, and Waco is a great place to live. Out campus is beautiful and there is a pretty good benefit package.

Cons

Most employees are underpaid and overworked. The School of Music in particular does not want to increase employee’s pay no matter what, and the lack of upward mobility is discouraging.
