Pros

Diversified company with several divisions operating semi-autonomously. Definitely have funding to operate Fix and Flip business and are actively pursuing acquisitions.

Cons

In my opinion the departmental structure is weak and not well defined with directives coming from multiple people and little cross communication taking place. The Market Directors are not open to input from people they hire for their supposed expertise but rather they create loose SOPs that are not conducive to long term success.
