Pros

Has previously been flexible and work from home arrangements; majority of late hours are kept to the first 5 business days of each month

Cons

Underpaid; no gratitude for hard work and late nights; recent management shift has been highly demoralizing; lack of culture of listening to employees; incredibly disorganized environment that will never get fixed

Terrible culture

Pros

Remote work available to sales executives

Cons

Management is out of touch of the current marketplace. Managers idea of training is sending linked in articles about how to be a good sales person. They expect you to bring your relationships to the table rather than advertising or marketing to provide leads for sales people. They want you to be a telemarketer rather than an account executive.
