High price in the market with more competitors coming up yearly. Growth is slowing down from the covid boom. Quota attainment lower than industry average. Technical issues at times with the product and internal run around to solve these for customers. Might be a personal con but they invent their own buzz words for eCommerce/marketing related things and roles within the company that make me cringe at times.

There are constant changes in execution with little to no communication and when trying to find a direct answer to a question you get swirled around from team to team with no one taking accountability. Management needs to get out of its own way and allow employees do what they do best and what they were hired to do. The salaries continue to remain low for a comparable market and there are few opportunities for growth.
