      Worst place I've ever worked! Run away!!!!

      Pros

      Pays well, but you earn every penny. I worked 12-15 hour days on the regular, so it probably isn't that good once you average that out.

      Cons

      Toxic, toxic, toxic culture! Meetings where people yell at each other are common, Leadership think they are the smartest people in the world. The hubris at the highest levels is palpable. The fear to deliver and the level of frustration is observable daily. HR isn't there for the employee, they are there to enable and cover up bad behavior.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to gain experience not only in your own role but in the roles that are vacated by others who leave or get fired. You definitely get to acquire a lot of responsibility and exposure very quickly.

      Cons

      Work hours. It is rare to have time to eat or use the bathroom. With functions spread all over the US, China and Europe, we are always online everyday. The company version of work-life balance is „no meetings between 11pm and 7am” local time. It is insane. Our colleagues in Europe seem to always be online working; I think people in China are hooked up like the human batteries in the Matrix.
