Global Oncology Biotech Startup, with small teams that provides tons of a opportunity to learn in a cross functional environment. Experienced leadership team with great prior experience from Big Pharma. Definitely recommended for someone looking to learn quickly about the LifeSciences industry in a short amount of time. Will set you up for future success. Flexibility to try different things based on your interest - no shortage of work going around. Good Benefits relative to other Pharmaceuticals, however still can do better compared to tech companies in Bay Area.

Cons

Planning can be done a lot better. A lot of experienced industry leaders, however, still a lot of standard activities feel unplanned and impromptu.

Management does not have a clue. They keep implementing processes and policies without checking for best practices. Lots of meetings and presentations focused but that is a waste in time. Company does not value hard work and long hours. The structure of the company is favored towards Asians and hiring Asians.

Very poor integrity, they will never give you credit and cite your name when using your data in publications/presentations. If you leave the company, they even remove your name from publications or posters or presentations that were mainly contributed by yourself. Many of my colleagues have encountered with this issue. Treat researchers with respect by honoring their work. Only integrity will lead to future trust and success!
