      Work environment is great, fast growing company with a wonderful pipeline, top team with true professionals in their field, very good salary/benefit package

      Company is still young in my country so some internal procedures might need some improvement

      Pros

      Comp & ben including stock program is great, best I've seen in the industry. Hybrid work is the norm, you can expect to have more flexibility than most other places. Enthusiastic colleagues everywhere who came here for the same reason I did: rethinking the pharma approach to heme/onc to ensure more patients globally can access truly innovative medicines.

      Cons

      Company has gone through rapid growth and still experiences some growing pains. Like all companies we are still adapting to hybrid work and not all layers of management have realized what it takes to build and nurture relationships, which is the lifeblood of any organization.
